SM going on a power trip
So as of lately my SM wants the front end to get credit because we’ve been failing so he decided to change the credit goal for full timers and part timers, so for full timers like me, he wants us to get 5 credit cards a week, for part timers it’s 3, on top of that ask for Lowe’s protection plan, surveys etc all the metric stuff. Just yesterday he decided he wanted us to sell the product of the week, I mean it’s getting crazy then my head cashier told me he added more for observations so now there is a list where it says if the person working customer service saved the sale, telling the customer if they want something else in its place. At some point the customers will feel harassed and not want to shop because of us asking them so much
