Why is Lovesac not an accredited business and rated F on BBB?

Was searching for reasons why their chat function does not work and came across some complaints on Better Business Bureau. It says they aren't an accredited business on the BBB website and with an F rating no less. How is this a thing for a majorly successful furniture company?
