time to replace suspension？

left and right front suspension. 2015 RX350 at 130K. I could feel steering not as precise as before and driving dynamic perform weired from the front. Is this just suspension or also control arm problem? How about the cost, would it be an expensive job and better trade it in？Thanks in advance.
