Lenovo Legion Pro 7 running super hot even with Llano cooling pad
This is my first gaming laptop, so I'm trying to see these speeds/temps are normal. I got a llano cooling pad as I've heard its the best, but my CPU is still thermal throttling. It's also getting nowhere near 5.8ghz, its more so running at 5-5.2GHZ even when OC'D according to HWINFO (lenovo software shows even lower). It is reaching 90-100c even with the cooling pad at full blast (2800RPM). I haven't looked into undervolting at all, as I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to that and I don't know if overclocking+undervolting at the same time is a good idea..
Is this normal temps and speeds for this laptop? I would love some more insight
