Lenovo Warranty Feedback

I wanted to make a post of praise regarding Lenovos customer service and warranty process. My friend has an issue with his Lenovo where the side rail came off from the body, and he needed to file a claim with them. Within 36 hours there was a box at the doorstep to send the legion to Lenovo. Three days later it was repaired, and back on the doorstep 2 days after that. So give or take a week turnaround. We didn't have to go through a complicated and nonsensical process, just explained the issue, sent it in, and it was taken care of. (We had to use my address since he lives out of his vehicle, that's why I was so involved in the process).
