Is Filipino champ still banned from everything?

If he is it’s honestly pretty shocking remembering who’s banned and who’s not. I remember either last year or 2023 while Evo was happening I saw that he was just streaming sf6 ranked to basically nobody. Made me a little sad to be honest. I used to love rooting against him and the only reason I really care at all to be honest is cause I’d love to see him play against the top talent in UMVC3 right now.
