How do you explain this OPGG?

I just want you to look at my opgg as a J4 main. This is a very inconsistent history, and I have been dealing with this since the first time I started playing J4.

I really think my macro is way above my rank. I have been watching tutorials, coaching videos, challenger games, etc., and I also don't get tilted easily. I just mute all most of the time. I just have a below-average micro, but I don't think this is the problem either. I think it's J4. The games I can gank (the champions, teammates playing accordingly, etc.) I win. Otherwise, I lose.

Is it my play style? Is my champion too much team dependent? Is this normal?
