Rural Republican jerkoff wants to screw over biggest money making counties

Just read some farmer Republican lawmaker wants to bar of the 4 biggest counties from getting any State development money so it can go to these broke ass one horse counties. What a shyt-fer-brains. Make something or have population to support getting such funding. Sounds like a bunch of freeloading to me.
