Are there any insurance companies that underwrite startup subscriptions service companies?

I’m running into an issue where I’m being told underwriters don’t write policies for subscription services. Some brokers are being creative and telling insurance companies that I’m in IT or something because they say there isn’t a code for subscriptions. It’s happened to me about 4-5 times now. I’m looking for at least general liability and cyber insurance for one year, I’m in the Northeast US. Best way to describe the business is a mix of MoviePass and DoorDash but for cupcakes and pastry related shops and items.

I don’t have any employees or contractors and the entire operation is digital. I don’t own any inventory, I don’t make any products. I am just the middleman. The products the consumers get are baked foods (cupcakes, cookies, donuts, etc) at partnering businesses. The businesses list on my platform which is still under development.
