Stuck on verifying resources ps5 anyone know what I should do?

I haven't been able to log in on ps5 since the update, it has the old loading screen with the lanterns rather than the new one with the pianoand it gets to verifying resources 100% but then it's just stuck there not progressing. Double checked and the PlayStation says it is the latest version.

Game version is saying OSPS5_1.3.2.0_520.2433858_520.2433858_0 if that helps. Will deleting the game and reinstalling it fix this? Or is there a known fix for this issue?
