Please help me find Mysti!

So I found her near the beginning of the game and already gave her the lucky socks sketch. Well now that I’m doing the factions challenges, she’s the only character I cannot find no matter what time. It always say she’s busy and when I change it to the times I’ve seen online, she’s still too busy to track and isn’t near where I first met her. Pleaseeee help! Is she somewhere else? I’ve already restarted the game.
