Gym freaks, i need help!!

So i'm 18M, 5'7 and 42kgs (ikik very skinny).

So i've been going to gym regularly from a month. I've noticed a lot of changes.

The problem is i'm vegetarian (although i eat eggs) and i'm finding it hard to complete my protein goal. Please suggest me some veg recipe like soya chunks etc etc.

Also my gym trainer suggested me to buy Anabolic mass gainer instead of whey protein, what's your suggestion on this??
