VCM delete

I talked with Honda service manager today and he said they won’t disable the VCM on my 2015 odyssey or install a muzzler for me.

Are the VCM muzzler wire harnesses and resistors on Amazon good to use? I found one for 12.99.

Are there any out there that are automatic so that I won’t have to fool with a resistor?
