Advice on what earbuds to get

Hey!

I'm currently looking to pick up a decent to good pair of earbuds that I'd like to use with my laptop.
This would primarily be used during work (including calls) and for music/movies. I currently own the Sony WH-1000XM3 I believe, but I personally wasn't the biggest fan of it, especially the mic picking up everything in my surroundings, was something that often annoyed me in my work calls.

I'm not sure wether to go for a wireless or wired option, I'd like to use it for potentially hours on end, so perhaps a wired option would be preferable, but I'm open to either.

I've a budget of 200~250 euros and I do live in Belgium, so please only recommend ones I can buy within Europe.
