Doing own oil changes on new-to-me 04 Fat Boy

Need to change oil and don’t want to pay the dealer $180. I could do it on my 2014 Sportster easy enough, but I could just pull up the book on Harley SIP and read the instructions. The Fat Boy is old enough to where I can’t pull up the full book. I can maintenance my cars and other bikes I’ve had a bit, but I’m a klutz and not anywhere near handy. Because this bike is near museum quality condition and I’m not familiar with it, I kinda want to take it to the dealer for peace of mind. I spent near 6k on the thing and don’t want to hurt anything out of being cheap. Should I suck it up, order hard copies of the books and do it myself, or just take it in to the dealer and pay $180?
