Can anybody help me?

I have recently been gifted some RETC 15 walkie-talkies and some Samcom FPCN30A Radios. I’m not sure if I’m in the right sub or not but, is there a way that I can make these two communicate with each other? Is this even possible? If so, can anybody guide me to the place or even give me instruction?
