Bandai Card Fest Utrecht Gundam Beta Event question

I purchased a ticket for the Gundam event at Bandai Cardfest Utrecht, unfortunately i am unable to attend the event. Does anybody know if i can send a friend to at least get the beta kit for me or will they refuse to hand them out to anybody whos not the owner of the ticket even with my proof of purchase?
