Opiates vs Benzos, whats more addictive?

What do yall think is more addictive? Im not talking hard opiates like fent or oxy, I mean like codeine hydros tramadol. Is it really more addictive than xans or kpins?

I can manage my benzo use really well, never broke any of my personal rules except my first 2 times. Now its my first time trying opioids and i dont know if its way harder to control in general.
