Need help with my config

So I downloaded this workshop map called config generator and I messed with some settings and now my game is messed up and I can’t change it back I can’t restore the settings because it only has a option to reset from when the session starts and I can’t reset it now and I tried deleting the 730 folder and all but it don’t work rlly need help
