Does Garmin Coach Account for Elevation Changes (Hills/Downhill)?
Hi everyone!
I just started a new plan with Coach Greg on Garmin Coach and
was wondering if the program takes elevation changes (hills or downhill) into account when adapting the training.
I recently switched from running on a flat course to a hillier route and noticed the difference in effort. Will Garmin Coach adjust based on this, or do I need to manually tweak anything in the settings?
