Cant hear any Audio

Ive done a bunch of Troubleshooting already but it just doesnt want to work.

> Made sure nothing is muted ingame and on Windows.
> Checked Audio Device Defaults for both the game and windows
> Cycled through every single audio device in Fortnite
> disabled every audio device besides my Headphones on Windows and restarted the game
> Verified game files
> Restarted my PC bunch of times

Everything worked the past 2 days ive been playing.
Yotube, Chrome, Desktop, other games etc are all working just fine

Edit: Updated my Windows from the "ancient" 22H2 to 24H2 and it seems to work now.
Still weird that fortnite was the only thing not working and also only today.
