Is my triceps workout trash? Be honest.
I follow a Push-Pull-Legs split, and on Push Day, I train triceps with just one exercise—Cable One Arm Tricep Pushdown (3 sets). Since I have two push days a week, that means I hit triceps twice a week with this exercise.
Is this enough to hit the entire triceps, or should I add more exercises? If yes, what would you recommend? Let me know what you guys think! 💪
