How are buyers ok waiving inspections?

How are people ok with waiving inspections? It takes me days of research to pick a new pair of shoes but people are out here waiving inspections on 600k+ homes.

Can someone who’s waived inspections tell me why you did it? It just doesn’t make any sense to me.
