New home build, frigid drafts from back door and gas fireplace

Anyone have any input advice or recommendations please let me know, working with Craig Antonelli has been the worst experience of my life this is just one of the many issues we have run into. These are drafts coming in and this is it hour heat set to 71 degrees because it’s so cold in our living room the thermostat is located right near the fire place
