Why is ice skating so hard for me?
I have been skating once a week since around November last year. I go for around an hour to an hour 15 mins. I still struggle and cling to the side. I feel like my legs are going to give out and they feel shaky. The arches of my feet hurt and my legs feel really tired. It takes a lot of effort to push myself forward and I’m so scared of falling over that I don’t go fast. Any advice?
