Shall I update delivery address?

I am getting some original documents shipped from WA, USA to Ranchi, India. The estimated date of delivery is 1st April.

I got my visa interview in Chennai, India on 1st itself. Now when I check, if I had got it delivered to Chennai, it would have happened on 29th March. Tracking status says, the shipment is already on flight to Dubai. Shall I update the delivery address now to get it delivered to Chennai?

Is there a way to know what will be the delivery date if I update the address now?
