What dishwasher soap are we using?

I’ve been hand-washing all my bottles for 6 weeks, finally had enough, and started putting my bottles in the dishwasher. (Why it took me this long…. Idk). I’m wondering if you guys are using regular dishwasher detergent or anything special or unscented. My bottles smell like the lemon cascade soap and idk if that’s okay or not. Like theyre super clean and im happy to not hand-wash anymore but what are you all doing?
