FPS Drops [Arena]

Since the new Patch from yesterday I have massive FPS Drops in Arena. I Mostly play the free for all Mode and at the beginning everything Seems Fine. But sometimes when I respawn my fps drop to literally 3. Then I just run and Hope somebody kills me, because when I respawn its gone and then Happens again After 4 or 5 Respawns. Anybody experienced the Same?
