Had a buyer use their own shipping label to return item.

Sold an x box, they said had a parental lock. I admitted fault for not factory resetting ( I didn't test a rated M games, so didn't catch it).

Either way, I sent a return label. Told them numerous times to use.

They went to the post office and payed their own money, 3x the cost. Now they're upset about not getting the $38 back that no-one knew they spent!

I offered to pay that, though I didn't have too because I don't care that much and rather people be happy with my business. I was at fault and caused the time loss.
