Clinched the Playoffs with Buffalo, but Im not in??

I am not very sure what happened here? I am playing as Buffalo and I had the coach meet with me and tell me we hit our goal of making the playoffs and I received the boosts, then in stat central we have clinched as you can see. However i started advancing days to get there and I am not in the playoffs?…….
