Ducky One 2 SF Firmware Update Issues. Firmware Updater not detecting keyboard.

First off the keyboard works fine but cannot wake my PC from sleep. On another SF I have I was able to update the firmware and fix this problem.

Unfortunately I can't seem to update this one at all. I have spent a few hours troubleshooting and trying fixes, from Reddit to YouTube. Different cables and ports, deleting keyboards and USB Composite Devices from Device Manager, you name it. I even found some older Firmware Updater versions (1.10 and 1.11, current version is 1.14) and they also didn't work. According to Windows this keyboard is currently on 1.01 firmware.

The Firmware updater does not detect this keyboard, and the OK button is always greyed out.

One thing I noticed is that this keyboard flashes the profile and Tab LED when I plug it in while holding D, my other SF does not and the Updater detects it. So my theory is that for some reason this keyboard is not entering firmware update mode.

I have found multiple threads from people with the same issue but no solution, if anyone can help I would be very grateful.
