Please give the most noob friendly advice for Nest of thorns token

I've been trying for over a week and I usually die within 4-5 minutes, only once I reached 12 minute mark but for some reason I didn't get a token... I tried some of the strats people post but no success, except for that one time I reached 12 minutes I was using max spirits aghanim strat that I found here. This is the last thing left for me to complete Crownfall so please any kind of help is welcome. I'm total noob for this kind of games
