On foundry weapons

We have too many reskins of the same model when it comes to foundry weapons. We should have one weapon per model and SCOPE CUSTOMIZATION!

There should be an update to Banshee's weapons. He should sell up to 2 weapons per type per foundry. So say for Hakke: 2 auto rifles, 2 sidearms, 2 pulse rifles, 2 smgs, 2 scout rifles.

I also want a 900rpm hakke auto, just like in D1.
