Thoughts on Bryan Johnson, the man “trying not to die”

He deviates from other health gurus in certain aspects like no cold plunges and saunas, he’s vegan and supposedly just follows his personal experts advice and clinical trial data.

He basically documents everything he does and posts it publically.

Recently though he’s started developing his own products, this would normally be a big red flag, but he keeps saying don’t buy from me if you don’t want just buy it from somewhere. And he mainly emphasises the importance of eating veggies.

From his background he is basically a billionaire, and seemingly all the podcasts he goes on he spouts the exact same “selling points”, and rarely gets push back apart from on his dr mike interview.

Anyway I’m intrigued to know what people’s thoughts are on him, and whether you’ve tried any of his protocol
