What are the best debt consolidation companies?

I have about $50,000 and I just can’t make a dent. $17,000 IRS, $16,500 credit card and $22,500 line of credit. I just want to consolidate into a lower interest rate and pay $1000-$1500 month. I have good credit, great paying job, just want to make it a bit easier. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!
