Where to sell a rather big collection?

So I have a fairly decent collection I'd like to sell (about like 100 specimens including emeralds, tourmalines and some larger amethysts so on..)

Due to some personal issues I have completely lost interest in collecting minerals, thus I wonder what the best way of selling them is - thanks for the advice!
