Expired / Canceled Credit Cards: Trash or Treasure?

What do you do with your expired or canceled credit cards? I'm curious what other people do with their old credit cards once they've expired or been canceled. Do you shred them? Or Use them for something else entirely? More curious about what other use you can put it to?
