Unarc.dll fitgirl FIXED: what worked for me

Things I tried and failed:

Redownloading the torrent, all anti-virus software are off (including Windows Defender), tried to run it in safe mode, installed the Visual C++ manually (from 2005-latest), made sure that they are run by administrator, manually downloading (and later removing) unarc.dll

What worked:

*Limit installer to 2GB RAM*

That's it. Note that I have 16gb RAM. My RAM sticks are less than a year old. I have no idea why but it just what worked for me and want to share this with you all.
