I lost 5 pounds!!

I've gained a lot of weight and it's gotten to the point where it's affecting my sleep and general quality of life so I've been taking charge on eating healthy and doing daily workouts and so far it's paid off with 5 pounds 🏋‍♀ī¸

My goal is under 200lbs so I have 30 pounds to go 🏃‍♀ī¸ I'm celebrating with a fruit salad (yummy yummy)
