Tried to clean this lady's windshield at a red light, but she just drove off... is this where we are now?

Stopped at a red light, saw this car coming with a snow-covered windshield…Threw the hazards on quickly (no cars behind me) and tried to clean it for her. She didn't even notice and just drove off. Pretty shocking that this is the level of awareness some people have these days. Or maybe, not so shocking anymore…
