Need your advice

Hi I'm 29 years old, Female., I'm sorry, i dont know what to do anymore. I'm in an 8-year relationship, we're living together as husband and wife, we never got married. I'm now at point that I can't no longer hold anymore, he verbally abusive, he is manipulative, and narcissist. I suffer a lot. I'm in a cycle, and i dont have the strength to leave. I feel pathelic. I forgave, because I know Jesus forgives, but this man never changes.

As a catholic, what should I do. I need your insight. Please.
