Planning on marrying my protestant GF

I've been dating a wonderful woman whom I love deeply. She's caring, supportive, understanding, and absolutely gorgeous. However, we face a challenge: I'm Catholic, and she's Protestant. We've had many discussions about our religious differences, how we would raise children, and the idea of marrying in a Catholic church. It's been tough, and we've encountered some roadblocks.

I'm not the best at explaining certain Christian theological matters, and I want to learn more about Catholicism. But as a medical resident, my schedule is incredibly demanding, with long hours, studying, and research, leaving me little time for anything else. I've tried watching videos on YouTube and reading books, but I often find myself spending way to much time on this and neglecting other responsibilities.

I would greatly appreciate any advice. Neither of us wants to end the relationship, and we are committed to finding a way to make this work.
