Is it weird that I miss the days of people smoking in bars & restaurants?

Back in the day public smoking was common. I used to enjoy walking into a bar or club and having people there smoking. Even when a restaurant had a bar area, and some smoke would make its way into dining area it was pleasant. I miss how society has made smoking forbidden.
