Damage difference between Sunday and Tribbie for Castorice

I got e0s0 Sunday last patch and i have enough jades to get Castorice plus her LC, i was wondering if i should save my jades for Castorice so i can pick up an extra eidolon for her, or if it would be a higher damage increase to pull for Tribbie just to buff Castorice's damage instead of getting an eidolon.

Basically what im asking is, would Sunday e0s0 and Castorice e1s1 be better or worse than Tribbie e0s0 and Castorice e0s1? if anyone has damage calcs or a way they can show me how to calculate it myself, that would be great!

edit: I'd probably also have RMC and Luocha as the other teammates, but i can use e1s0 Ruan mei or Gallagher if either of them are better
