Affordable Dashcams?

Just bought myself a secondhand car and I want to install a dashcam. There's an installation workshop just down the road from me in West Ryde (I don't trust myself doing it) and I can either buy one straight from them or get one myself and they install it.

Anyone know any good quality dashcams for not too much? Found a couple on amazon but don't want to get a dud.
