Detroit jacket size and ID?
Just purchased a detroit jacket online that was advertised as a medium. The tag is super faded so the ID and true size was unclear. None the less, they had said it was a medium based on some measurements that sounded right for a medium. It showed up and is actually a lot larger than expected:
Pit to Pit: 24"
Back Length: 27"
Cuff to shoulder seam: 27"
The snaps on one of the sleeves are also completely missing/rusted, which wasn't clarified in the listing. Overall pretty frustrated because this is the second time in a row that I've purchased a "medium" Detroit from a vintage/thrift seller and it ended up being a lot larger than advertised. I would sort of understand if they just didn't know that Detroits tend to have a cropped fit and thus advertised it as a medium with the correct measurements, but instead they're listing them as a medium and give inaccurate measurments so even informed buyers can't tell.
