Anyone have experience with CZArmory?

I purchased this Scorpion EVO 3 A1 from CZ Armory. The email I received send to send the amount via Zelle and provided the name and number to use. I sent funds over a week ago and have yet to receive any tracking info. I emailed them last week to check on tracking and they replied that they would send info when it shipped. I also emailed them yesterday to check on order status and have heard nothing back. Just wanting to gauge if others have used them, had positive or negative feedback, and then I’ll go forward with my next steps.
