CVS executive removing photos for safety?

Why is it ok for cvs executives to remove their photos, hide behind secured buildings, and hire armed private security? Daily , We have to put up with the same out of control public, deal with hostile public who WE have to tell them their insurance is denying medication, and then if something happens physically, WE get suspended or terminated??!! We have begged for proper security, management are cowards, pharmacist are cowards, DM’s are cowards, executives are cowards and they never back up their employees!!
