FFL03 COE Timeline

I applied for FFL03 first and then when I received the FFL03 did a live scan and applied for COE. Scanned a copy of my FFL03 and uploaded it at the time of COE application. Selected one of the unrelated drop down option as there is no FFL upload option. FFL03 took about three weeks and COE about 30 days. Timelines may also be affected by how many people apply in that week as it looks like its not an automated process and an human has to approve. It’s a fairly easy process if your background is clear.
