Evenflo rotating car seat

I’m trying to be prepared and researching car seat options for when my baby outgrows her infant seat. I really want a rotating car seat, and it seems like everyone recommends the Evenflo 360 series. However, I’m a bit concerned about the NHTSA investigation.

Has anyone had good experiences with other rotating car seats? Or insight into the investigation? I was liking the Maxi Cosi Emme but then I read some terrible reviews. I like the Nuna Rev, but that is an expensive for a car seat with a relatively low weight limit.

Appreciate any insight you may have! Would love to hear from some people who actually have it.
